We accept returns for refund (only), no exchanges.
You will have 30 days from the 'delivered date' to return the item for free, or for any reason (this time window includes the time it will take to arrive back to us).
ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN RECIEVED:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable), any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error.
You will be responsible for the return,"First Class", shipping cost. This cost will be returned when your refund is completed (Note: You will only be reimbursed for the cost of "First Class" shipping cost (2-10 business days, depending on your location)).
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 15 days of receiving the item(s) at davinedancewearcontact@gmail.com to alert us of your return and retrieve our return address. Then return the damaged item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item(s) were recieved.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, including an explanation and other available options if applicable. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact
